Stalin versus Jeffrey

"I liked working for Jeffrey because he's not a micro-manager. He gave us our creative freedom (within the bounds of the brands, anyway), which gave us a good sense of accomplishment and control over our projects."

- Kim Phillips
former Graphic Designer / Blockbuster

Josef Stalin was a firm manager, but his management style left a little to be desired. He required unwavering and complete obedience from all of his subordinates.

Jeffrey has a more "open door" style of management, and is known by co-workers as someone who is able to leave his ego at the door. He is also good at working with existing (and oftentimes conflicting) groups and mediating agreements between disparate groups with different ideologies (such as Creative and IT/IS).
